CEO and President

Jim Fraser - CEO/Co-PresidentJim co-founded SwimAtlanta Pool Management in 1983. After building effective operations and professionalism into SwimAtlanta Pool Management, Jim began replicating the business model in other locations (our ‘Partner Companies’), and subsequently co-founded The Pool Management Group to serve as the parent company and operational driver to its Partner Companies. Jim is responsible for strategic initiatives and managing The Pool Management Group. He has 30 years experience in swimming pool management, and experience in pool construction and renovation.


Jeff Gaeckle - Co-PresidentJeff co-founded The Pool Management Group and has been a major leader in the development and growth of The Pool Management Group and our Partner Companies.  Jeff initially made his mark as a very successful swimming coach in Charlotte, NC.  He has coached U.S. Olympians and U.S. National Record Holders.  He is a past member of the USA Swimming Board of Directors, and has expertise in all aspects of swimming pool operations and professional pool management. 


Chris co-founded SwimAtlanta and SwimAtlanta Pool Management with Jim Fraser, and The Pool Management Group with Jim and Jeff. Chris is an active member of the Board of Directors of The Pool Management Group, and contributes to our safety and industry updates. His daily focus remains with SwimAtlanta, the largest swim team in the United States. Chris has been a United States National Team Coach to international competitions in Japan, China and Dubai.


Chief Financial Officer

Kelly is responsible for managing the Partner Companies’ financial health and business performance. She had 19 years experience with General Electric, GE Capital, Polo Ralph Lauren and other companies before joining The Pool Management Group in 2004. Her role with The Pool Management Group includes overseeing the Partner Companies’ business processes and strategic planning, financial performance management, development of financial and operational business plans, and risk management.

Vice President

Michael joined The Pool Management Team in 2012 after his previous experience as a marketing manager for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks.  His 10 year background in sales and marketing led him to several organizations which include international law firms, healthcare providers, and companies within the sports & entertainment industry.  Michael leads The Pool Management Group and Partner Companies’ marketing initiatives, business development strategies, cross-market sales support and growth efforts.


Leadership and Operations Director

Luke joined The Pool Management Group in 2017 and is responsible for supporting all local partners companies in business process, financial performance, and operations.  A native of both North Carolina and Florida, Luke's previous experience includes management in the construction industry where he oversaw operations and analytics for all projects nationwide at Altisource. Luke was also responsible for distribution and logistics for a Global shipping company in Tampa. Luke received his BS in Mathematics and Accounting from Western Kentucky University.


Leadership and Operations Director

Allen worked with our Carolina Pool Management company beginning in 1994 and joined The Pool Management Group’s management team in 2001. He is responsible for daily operational support for Partner Companies and handles crisis backup needs for the Partner Companies. 

Jayce Diaz

Leadership and Operations Manager

Jayce joined The Pool Management Group in 2020 after spending 5 years in the waterpark industry and 5 more years with Columbus Pool Management in Ohio.  He began his career at Noah’s Ark Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, as a lifeguard.  From there Jayce accepted a position with the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort of Wisconsin Dells (The Nation’s Largest Waterpark Resort), where he worked as an Aquatics Supervisor and oversaw eight different waterparks that employed 350 lifeguards during the winter, and over 500 lifeguards during the summer. Jayce is an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, a Certified Pool Operator and received the coveted National Safety Council First Responder certificate.  Jayce brings 10 years of experience with pools, lifeguards and customer service to his role with The Pool Management Group.

Matt McNaughton

Leadership and Operations Manager

Matt joined The Pool Management Group team in 2020 as Leadership and Operations Manager. Matt started his career in aquatics as a lifeguard and pool manager for our flagship company, SwimAtlanta Pool Management. In addition, Matt worked his way up to Lifeguard Instructor and obtained his teaching certification through the American Red Cross. After college, Matt worked within the hospitality industry as a front-of-house concierge at one of the most exclusive resorts in the United States. Matt’s outstanding customer service and aquatic safety background make him a great fit for The Pool Management Group leadership team.
